Workshops

All workshops are presented in a variety of formats. Workshops can be modified to change, increase and or decrease the content based on customer requirements.


Add-on training may be required to move from awareness level to competence level of performance around specific core competencies. 


An expert facilitator, who uses role-play, group discussion, interactive exercises and dialogue to actively involve every participant in the learning process, conducts each workshop.

Assessment Instrument/Learning Tool Profile Preview offers tremendous insights into why we work well with some and not with others, triggers for conflict and communications challenges. By understanding personal preferences participants will learn how to create a more positive, productive and collaborative environment.

  

Modular Training Format training will be presented in three hour sessions following a developmental format.


Participants will experience interactive exercises fun and engaging that progressively challenge each participant’s skill development.

Every session will present skills in a developmental fashion to build the competencies of each participant. 

  

Action plans and follow-up suggestions will be offered during the last session to review what we’ve learned and how we will apply what we’ve learned. This session will incorporate the best practices ideas captured along the way and suggestions for the transition process.
